Palmetto Counseling & Consulting Services LLC is an outpatient behavioral healthcare practice offering in-person and virtual therapy since 2008. We are one of the largest mental health practices in our metropolitan area and are proudly therapist-led and independently owned.

- We make referral coordination easy. Our full-time administrative team can communicate directly with your staff, respond to referral questions, and provide referral disposition and other follow-up information when needed.
- We offer flexible locations and appointment options. Clients can receive care in-person at our Rock Hill and Fort Mill offices or through virtual appointments for clients in South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, and Colorado.
