Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Palmetto Counseling & Consulting Services, a private mental health group practice with two locations near Charlotte, NC, is now recruiting licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional counselors, licensed marriage & family therapists, and licensed clinical psychologists for full-time, W-2, salaried therapist positions. We are looking for the following designations: LISW-CP, LCSW, LPC, LCMHC, LMFT, Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
Overview
- We are seeking full-time, W-2, salaried therapists with availability to see clients for in-office appointments.
- Salary Range: $85,000 – $140,000 per year
- Master’s Degree or higher in Human Services Related Field with two years post-degree experience and full, independent licensure in South Carolina.
- An ideal candidate will possess a current South Carolina license in good standing with no restrictions or limitations required for independent professional practice.
- Must have the ability to become credentialed to receive Third-Party / Private Insurance reimbursement.
- Computer proficiency skills and experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR / EHR) are required.
Summary of Duties
- Complete comprehensive, diagnostic, bio-psychosocial assessment
- Evaluate, assess, and render a DSM-5 diagnosis
- Document client encounters, progress, and care via EHR
- Participate in after-hours, on-call rotation and provide crisis intervention PRN
- Participate in clinical and staff meetings as required
- Work in collaboration with other therapists and members of the clinical team
