An integral part of Palmetto Counseling’s team since May 2024, Kelly Mabe supports both our clients and the day-to-day operations of the practice as a Client Services & Accounts Coordinator.
In her role, Kelly has consistently demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a genuine commitment to creating a positive experience for every client she serves. She helps coordinate client services while managing a variety of administrative and patient accounts responsibilities, ensuring scheduling, communication, insurance-related inquiries, and account coordination are handled efficiently and with exceptional customer service.
Kelly is passionate about providing compassionate support and understands that reaching out for counseling can be an important first step. She strives to ensure every client feels respected, informed, and cared for from their very first interaction with Palmetto Counseling while staying attuned to every detail.
