About Brandon

Brandon Aaron is a compassionate and understanding mental health professional with 8 years of experience in the field. He is eager to help people become the best versions of themselves and believes in taking an individualized approach to aid patients in achieving their goals of treatment. Brandon specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and additionally uses Narrative Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, Reality Choice Therapy, Music Therapy, and Existential Therapy as powerful tools to help his clients succeed.

Passionate about providing empathetic care, Brandon always aims to create a safe space for his clients so that each person can be as open and honest as possible. He understands that most people require some time to open up and works to create an environment where each individual feels free to be themself. He encourages and empowers his clients to express their emotions in whatever way feels authentic to them, whether that is crying or cursing and yelling.

Brandon believes in a client-guided approach. He comes to each session, not with his own agenda, but with one that centers the individual’s goals. He treats each person as the unique human that they are. Regardless of any issues or a diagnosis, he works to get to know each person and take an individualized, client-led path forward to help them become their best self.

With each client, Brandon provides a judgment-free opportunity to be heard and helped. He encourages his clients to speak up about any doubts they may have about the process or treatment, and he lets his character and actions speak for themselves in disproving any negative stigmas.

Brandon is eager to help anyone who is hoping to make a positive change in their life, regardless of age or background. New clients can expect to be met immediately with a welcoming and vibrant energy.

“Therapy is not about what I want for the client, or what anyone else wants for them. It’s about what they want for themselves, and I’m just here to help them navigate that process.”
