Since starting at Palmetto Counseling in December 2021, Megan Reid has been the friendly face clients see as they enter and leave our office, and she is the coordinator for all our client interactions.
Megan helps new and existing clients schedule and get set up for appointments, answers questions over the phone, and manages incoming and outgoing referrals. She also assists clinicians with record requests, supply ordering, and other needs — we couldn’t appreciate her more!
Megan enjoys being a part of Palmetto Counseling’s family environment and positive energy. “Everyone is so friendly,” she says, and it makes her happy knowing that she’s helping people receive the help they need.
Born and raised in Royal Oak, Mich., a suburb of North Detroit, Megan moved to South Carolina in 1997 and now lives in Rock Hill along the Catawba River. She has two amazing parents, three brothers, and one daughter, Hazel, who is her entire world! In her free time, Megan enjoys doing arts and crafts, reading, being outside, and being a mom.
