ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
Elizabeth is currently licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina, and she has clinical supervision status in both states.
About Elizabeth
Beginning her career working with adults with developmental disabilities in the late 1990s, Elizabeth McNeely brought her vast experience to Palmetto Counseling, starting in August 2018. She helps adults who feel stuck in unhealthy patterns and easily makes clients feel safe and heard.
Specializing in working with adults, Elizabeth has a genuine passion for helping people and considers herself a professional listener who encourages her clients to share as much as they feel — nothing will be too big for her to handle. She is dedicated to giving the much-needed outlet and safe space for her clients to open their hearts and release what they’ve been carrying.
Authenticity and being truly present for her clients are values Elizabeth holds close. Her goal is to help clients uncover their deepest feelings and needs so she can provide feedback and work with them collaboratively toward positive change.
Elizabeth has found that most clients feel better after the first session — just having the opportunity to say difficult things out loud and be listened to with validation often jumpstarts their healing.
With her warmth, compassion, and expertise, Elizabeth’s clients can expect an inviting atmosphere and undivided support to achieve growth and greater well-being.
