If you are an active client at Palmetto Counseling, please use our HIPAA-Compliant Portal to schedule, reschedule, check-in for, pay for, and/or cancel appointments as well as send a secure message to your therapist, all at your convenience.

Please only fill out one appointment request. Filling out duplicate forms may cause delays. Due to the high demand for mental health services, please allow up to 48–72 hours for our Team to process your appointment request.

As an outpatient mental health counseling practice, Palmetto Counseling LLC is unable to provide emergency psychiatric treatment or crisis stabilization services for patients who are in immediate crisis and/or danger to self/others.

Please be advised that all emergency and crisis issues involving the immediate safety and well-being of a patient, life, or death concerns will require you to immediately contact 911 and/or report to the nearest Emergency Room without delay.

At Palmetto Counseling, we accept most providers, including Medicare and Tricare insurance plans, to accommodate as many clients as possible. See our complete list of accepted providers and employee assistance programs as well as our discounted pre-paid packages for those without behavioral healthcare coverage or high deductibles.
