It is with mixed emotions that we are announcing that Palmetto Counseling will no longer provide
psychiatric medication management services effective September 16, 2023. We will continue to provide mental health counseling services at both of our locations.
If you are a current patient of Tara Hicks, PMHNP you can continue to receive medication management services with Rebecca Merli, PMHNP at our Rock Hill location until September 15, 2023. Ms. Merli is planning to open her own practice starting September 17, 2023, and welcomes any existing patients at Palmetto to continue their care.
You have the right to choose your health care provider and Palmetto remains committed to supporting your decision and providing assistance. For your convenience we have listed several alternative resources for psychiatric medication management services:
